Health Check Up Plans

We, at Galaxy Criticare Hospital care about your well being. In keeping with our concern, a team of highly qualified and Experienced Medical Professional has developed this Health check Programme. These packages are designed to give you a complete check up & within their Limitations, detect any latent Health problems.

Reporting time-8.00a.m.
All the tests & Consultations would be carried out from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on the first day

For Collection of reports & Review Consultation, please come on any other working day between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (with prior appointment)

Please be fasting from 10.00 p.m. the previous day. You may however take your usual Tablets for Diabetes half an hour before Breakfast.

In case you are to undergo a Stress test, please enquire with Physician as to which Medication to avoid.

We offer all additional tests / Investigations / Consultations (each should be less than 1000) at 10% discount for those undertaking the Health check.

Separate Appointment may be required.

Basic Plans

Pre-employment Check Up

  • Urine, Stool, CBC, Blood Sugar Fasting, Chest X-ray, ECG, Physical Examination (Height/Weight/Blood Pressure/Gen. Check up)

The Simple Health Plan

  • Urine, Stool, CBC, Fasting Blood Sugar, Blood Sugar after breakfast, S. Creatinine, Cholesterol, Chest X-ray, ECG, Complete Physical Examination and Consultation.

Specialized Health Plan

  • Basic Investigations : Urine, Stool, CBC, ESR, Blood Group, Chest X-ray, USG.
  • Evaluation for Diabetes : Blood Sugar Fasting, Blood Sugar after Breakfast
  • Renal Profile : Creatinine/ Bun / Etc.
  • Cardiac Risk Evaluation : Serum Cholesterol, HDL/Cholesterol ratio, Triglycerides, ECG
  • Liver Profile : Bilirubin, SGPT
  • Consultation : Complete Physical Examination and Consultation by Medical Consultant,
    Surgical Consultation for men. Gynecological
    Consultation for women.
    2D-echo

Executive Health Plan

  • Basic Investigations : Urine, Stool, CBC, ESR, Blood Group, Chest X-ray, U.S.G.
  • Test for Diabetes : Fasting Blood Sugar, Blood Sugar after Breakfast
  • Renal Profile : BUN, Creatinine, Electrolytes
  • Cardiac Risk Evaluation : Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Cholesterol & HDL ratio, Triglycerides, ECG; Stress Test or 2D-echo as advised
  • Liver Profile : Bilirubin, SGPT, SGOT, Total Prótein, Albumin, A/G Ratio, Alkaline Phosphatase
  • Consultation : Complete Physical Examination & consultation by medical consultant, Surgical Consultation for men, Gynecological Consultation for women, Ophthalmic Consultation, ENT Consultation including Audiogram, Dental Consultation
  • Also : Australia Antigen, Serum Calcium, G6 PD, Acid Phosphates (for men), Pap Smear (for women), Lung Function Test (charges as per test)
